Please join me in The 55th Celebration of The Festival of The Peg by making a gift to the Marti Solomon Endowment.  


Marti was the National Acteens Specialist/Consultant for WMU when I was an Acteen.  It was during my time as an Acteen that I developed my love of missions.  I have Marti to thank, among many others, for helping to develop mission studies that helped me to better understand what it means to live out the Great Commission in our every day lives. 


At her passing Marti left a gift in her estate to establish this endowment because she believed in the mission and ministry of WMU and wanted to make sure it continued. Because I also believe in the importance of WMU being able to continue their work to make disciples of Christ I have chosen to support the Marti Solomon Endowment. 


I give monthly to this fund because my donations are being used to invest in, and provide for, the future of WMU. Please join me in celebrating my birthday this year and make a one time gift to the Marti Solomon Endowment.  My goal is $550 because I am turning 55!
